Symptoms include: Dark urine, Fatigue, Itching, Loss of appetite, Low-grade fever, Nausea and vomiting, Pale or clay-colored stools, Yellow skin (jaundice)
HAV Hepatitis A Test Kit
Hepatitis A Rapid Test is a rapid immunochromatographic assay designed for qualitative determination of hepatits A virus in human serum, plasma or whole blood.
This kit takes use of colloidal gold immune chromatography principle, coat IgM monoclonal antibody and IgM monoclonal antibody on the nitrocellulose membrane for test line, the control line is coated with anti-rabbit HAV antibody, fix HAV antigen on colloidal gold pad. If the sample contains HAV-IgM/IgG antibody, can combine with colloidal gold marked HAV antigen, anti-human IgM monoclonal antibody and anti-human IgG antibody to form sandwich complex, form two red reaction lines that naked eye can see in the test area, otherwise, only one red reaction line appears in control line(C).
1. Collect venous blood into container without anticoagulant according to the standard method.
1. Open the foil bag, take out the test cassette and put it on a flat.
2. Whole blood: drop 2.0?l specimen with a pipette and drop into the specimen place.
3. And meanwhile add two drops (80?l -100?l) buffer into the well.
4. Wait for 15-20 minutes and read results. Over 20 min, the result is invalid.
